  Bought 4k TV and speaker. We was lead to believe we saved £100 on speaker when bought with TV which was £299 in the end. Employee 135 then went to see if he can get us freebies. Wasn't only until at home and on receipt that we was charged for the freebies and in store they said they was to freebies to save money but I was told I was saved money by buying speaker with TV and they wouldn't take my word for it. Been loyal to them for years, not anymore. Be careful when offered freebies and check receipt. I've been mislead by a company that I thought would never do this and refuse to do anything about it in store. This was the Harlow retail store.

  Waited 50 minutes to be served when wanting to purchase a fridge and freezer. Was put on a waiting list which doesn't seem to be followed as customers that came in after us were being served. They then tried charging us for delivery until we caught them out showing them their web page which states free delivery. These people do not seem to have a clue on what they are selling, how to sell or give the correct advice on their items.
