  Unfortunately you can't give zero stars. I was told to bring in my car at 8 o'clock. That evening I called up and they told me that they hadn't had a chance to look at it and would do the following morning. I understand that they were busy so that's fine. I received a phone call the following morning at 10am from them telling me that the job required was a 5 minute job however they couldn't waste their time trying to order the part needed because alfa romeo weren't answering at 10am so that I might as well pick my car up .. they charged me £40 pounds to take my car back exactly as I left it and when I said I weren't happy, their response was at least now you know what is wrong with it .

  Was told to drop car off at 8am for them to investigate an oil leak. I called at 12.30 was told I'd get a call back in 30 mins.. 3 hrs later call back to tell me it's going to cost just under £600! Took it to an other garage who said £250! Charged me £30 too.. no warning that there would be a charge for investigation work
