Went to buy a pair of trainers, spoke one of the staff who told me that the pair I'd chosen a display pair was the last pair they had, the white laces were absolutely dirty where they had been trodden on, was told if I wanted to change the laces I'd have to pay an extra £3 .Unwilling to change 1 laces on a pair of £70 trainers
