Went to buy football trainers. Stood in front of the shoes checking out possibilities for 10 minutes completely ignored by staff. After finallygetting a staff member's attention, I was told someone would be right with me. Didn't happen. Five minutes later, I tried again, same result. As I walked out I saw three three staff members chatting to each other leaning against the stairs. The store was not busy, just unbelievably poorly trained staff.
