  UPDATE: This company will be closing all its UK stores soon. Usual mess and to be honest considering the size it was really empty with cheap looking poor quality toys. Easy to see why the chain is struggling. If the company does not care why should the customer? There is no pride in the staff. The store looks like 10 spoilt children have run riot through here and the staff are not interested in tidying up. There are many toys with broken boxes or bits missing, these either cannot be sold or must be reduced so the company loses money add that to the miserable atmosphere and you can see where the trouble starts. Such a shame this place could be so much more.
